  The apartment is nice, the ac gets randomly hot in the middle of the night, and the maintenance guy BJ sent by the construction company carried my heavy furniture for me but other than that the place is just okay. However, Prepare to be disrespected by the leasing office employees if you live here and prepare to be given false information.

  This is the nicest management group! Not only are they are accommodating, but they treat you like family. If there is a problem, it's taken care of immediately. They bend over backwards to help when moving in and if problems arise. The apartment itself is luxurious with beautiful granite counter tops and java stained kitchen cabinets plus lots of storage, walk-in closets with multi leveled closet shelves/rods. I highly recommend Apalachee Point apartments.
